I had been working there for two years, and never had any kind of warning, verbal, written, or otherwise. He told me that because of the severity and nature of the problem, it was an automatic final warning and if I did anything, regardless of what or how small, it was likely it would end in my termination. He made me sign paperwork, and this was all in front of other employees (I don't want to make a scene, he said, though I've seen him clear out the break room and make everyone sit outside in negative weather before). Is that right? Morally, or legally, is that fair? Using someone being brutally harassed with comments like, do your farts make noise? Or, do you even have to poop, or do you have a separate bathroom? It went on like that for months! And because of that, I almost got fired for one comment?

I could not find a section here which would Incline Village be specialized on serious singles that have life/work and look for serious relationships. Ppl seem to behave differently when they communicate 1-1 or when they communicate in a group. I can pool out the posts of that person without bothering him. If I that his ideas don't match mine I don’t him privately( save my time, don’t give him a false -). If something didn’t work, I posted stupidity, I changed my opinion.. then I can create a new "Handle” and start all over without harassment from "old relationships" with some "Handles".Like going to another party where everyone is new.
